I developed this project in collaboration with illustrator Silvia Cancelmo. Competing in the D&AD challenge was an opportunity to merge lateral thinking, writing, and video editing.
Brief: Re-imagine a zero-alcohol Gin for Gen Z (the "sober-curious" generation) for the House of Suntory.
The concept was sparked by a climate insight: Japan’s cherry blossoms, one of Roku’s six botanicals, are predicted to disappear by 2100. We turned this environmental loss into a powerful brand narrative.
Every element, from the hand-crafted label to the Miyazaki-inspired soundtrack, celebrates the urgency of protecting nature.

The UNBL0.0MED Roku is a limited edition where the "missing" side of the iconic hexagonal bottle and a cherry seed hidden beneath the label embody the risk of losing one botanical and the hope for renewal.
